We are a Derbyshire firm of Solicitors with offices in Ripley and South Normanton. The firm was originally formed as 'Hardy, Titterton & Co' in 1989 by David Hardy and Arthur Titterton who had been in private practice in Ripley. The firm merged with 'Elizabeth R.M. Miles & Co' of Alfreton in 1993 to form Hardy, Miles, Titterton, centralising at the Ripley office, which was altered and extended. On the death of Mrs. Miles in 1995, Wendy Shaw became a partner.

The firm expanded again in December 2000 when the practice acquired the premises of Hawkins & Co in South Normanton which is situated at 15 Market Street. In October 2007 Niall Byrne and Louise Bramley became partners.
